Neumann Developments, Inc. Breaks Ground on a New Neighborhood in Oconomowoc, Olde Highlander

Oconomowoc, WI – (August 23, 2023) – On Tuesday, August 22nd at 3:30 p.m., Neumann Developments, Inc. broke ground on the first phase of Olde Highlander in Oconomowoc. Olde Highlander will offer 352 new homesites with their own unique housing options and lifestyle to fill the desires of a variety of new home buyers.
“We had awesome participation with the City of Oconomowoc,” said Steve DeCleene, President of Neumann Companies, “The administrators at the City of Oconomowoc really know how to get things done.”
“My number one goal when I became Mayor three and a half years ago was to take this blighted area and try to create something for the community,” and “The development shouldn’t come in at a high cost to the people living adjacent to it.” said Robert Magnus, Mayor, City of Oconomowoc. The Mayor continues to say, “ The Neumann Development team was straight forward and honest. They really dug in to do what was right.”
